Important Guest Information
Ahead of your visit to The Kinderton we just wanted to share some key information regarding what to expect when you arrive.
From Monday 12th April we are now able to re-open our outdoor areas only, the vast majority of our tables are under cover and most benefit from additional heating. However, the one thing we cannot control is the good old British weather so we would still strongly recommend that you bring a coat and other appropriate warm clothing.
An important change to Government guidelines has been that whereas previously we only needed to take the contact details of the lead booker, by law we now have to take every guests details. This means that you should expect a slight delay upon entry to process each group as they enter. You will also be able to scan our unique NHS app QR code upon entry.
The following also confirms our current Covid rules when visiting:
If you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of Covid 19 then please do not visit
All guests will undergo a temperature check upon arrival
Contact details for all guests will need to be provided upon entry
Guests will be required to wear appropriate face coverings when entering and moving around the venue
The “Rule of Six” must be maintained at all times
Once you are seated at your allocated table you must not join/move to another table
We are operating a card only payment system at present, cash cannot be accepted
Lastly thank you for choosing The Kinderton for your visit, we continue to operate in such rare circumstances and your help and co-operation in following our guidelines will ensure that we can hope to get back to some kind of normality over the summer months.
